Dover, the Copper Dog, is the CMO of this operation: Chief Morale Officer, he’s basically the boss. He is the happiest golden around and you’ll see him with me time to time. He loves peanut butter and belly rubs.
Little about me: i’m originally from Tacoma, Washington and moved after my husband separated from the Air Force. Fun fact: we met because I was his property manager!
Real Estate and property management is the heart of my soul, my family owns a PM company back in Washington and I grew up in the industry. Professionally, i’ve been doing this over 12 years, with 4 years of actively of having a real estate license and participating in some sales. Unprofessionally, I was the maid after tenants moved out when I was 5!
I started my own business after I witnessed so much disconnect. I believe owners deserve reliable, honest care for their investments, and tenants deserve a responsive, respectful place to call home. My goal is to bridge that gap and create a better experience on both sides.
My business is built on something simple but often overlooked: great property management matters.
